Meet Mark & Paul
Mark (55) and Paul (54) are lifelong Birmingham locals who decided to join forces on a six-week challenge after years of bouncing between gyms that never quite delivered.
They’d both had enough of paying for memberships they didn’t use, going a few times, then falling off track. This time, they were ready to do things differently.
The Challenge
